South Korea: History, Culture, Adventure and Good Food

Guided trip
South Korea has become widely popular recently thanks to K-pop, K-beauty and my favourite, K-dramas. But that's not all, South Korea offers a well-rounded travel experience for nature lovers and foodies alike. This trip will see us learn more about South Korea's history and culture with museum visits, tours and temple stays. We'll jump back in time as we visit palaces dressed in traditional Hanbok. South Korean cuisine is legendary - we'll be tasting specialties of each region we visit. South Korea boasts 22 national parks, all with incredible natural scenery that we'll be able to see up close on some of our day hikes. If you're down to discover as much as one can about a country in two weeks, then join me. Prepare to come away from this trip with so many photos and even more amazing memories!

About me: My name is Megan. I am an Australian. I'm a uni student, so I like to budget travel as much as I can whilst still being able to enjoy and experience the best there is to offer in any country. My favourite places that I have been to so far would probably be Japan and Mexico.

Accommodation: We will mostly be staying in guesthouses with rooms between the 6 of us. These rooms will be mixed and we'll be sleeping in bunkbeds or single beds. A simple breakfast is included for most of our stays. We will also be staying at a jjimjilbang (sauna/ bathouse) for one night, which will be separated between females and males. Please reach out via the Q&A if you have a question! *Price will increase if the minimum number of TripMates isn't reached*
